Email is Already in Use

If you see a message that says your email is already registered, there could be a few explanations. Here's how to resolve this issue.

I'm trying to create a new account

If you see "this email address is already registered" when you sign-up for a new account in the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app, it means you've already created a HOMEE account with that email address.

From the login screen, tap Forgot Username and enter your phone number. We'll text you the email address associated with your account.

If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number you originally signed up with or if you believe the account was created in error, please send an email to our support team.

I didn't create an account with that email address

If you didn't create an account with that email address, please sign-in to the account to be sure. Sometimes HOMEE users have multiple accounts and forgot they created one with a specific email address.

You can reset the password if you need to.
