Update Your Password

Users can reset their password 2 different ways: when they are logged out of the HOMEE apps and Workshop or when logged in. Learn how here.

Reset your password while logged out

To update your password while logged out of the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app:

  1. Open the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app.

  2. Tap Log In.

  3. Tap Forgot Password?

  4. Enter your email address, then tap Send.

  5. Check your text messages or inbox for a password reset link. Click the link to be redirected back to the app.

  6. Enter a new password, then tap Done.

To update your password while logged out of Workshop:

  1. Click Login.

    Customers
    Click Log In under Customer Login

    Providers
    Click Log In under Provider Login

  2. Click Forgot email or password.

  3. Enter your email address, then click Send Reset Link.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email. Open the email, then click Reset Password.

  5. Enter a new password, then click Submit.

Reset your password while logged in

To update your password while logged into the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app:

  1. Open the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app

  2. Tap the Menu.

  3. Select your profile.

  4. Tap Edit.

  5. Tap Change Password.

  6. Enter your current password, then tap Change Password.

  7. Enter a new password, then tap Save Password.

To update your password while logged into Workshop:

  1. From Workshop, click your profile picture in the top right.

  2. Click the pencil icon.

  3. Click Edit Profile.

  4. Click Change Password.

  5. Enter your current password, then click Change Password.

  6. Enter a new password, then click Save Password.
