Forgot Username or Password

If you forgot the email or password you used to sign-up with HOMEE, no worries. Here's how to retrieve your information.

I Forgot my Username

To find your username in the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app:

  1. Open the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app.

  2. Tap Log In.

  3. Tap Forgot Email?

  4. Enter your phone number, then tap Send.

To find your username in Workshop:

  1. Visit https://workshop.homee.com/login

  2. Click Log In.

  3. Click Forgot Email or Password.

  4. Click I Forgot My Email Address.

  5. Enter your phone number, then click Send Text.

We’ll text you the email address associated with your account.

I Forgot my Password

To update your password in the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app:

  1. Open the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app.

  2. Tap Log In.

  3. Tap Forgot Password?

  4. Enter your email address, then tap Send.

  5. Check your text messages or inbox for a password reset link. Click the link to be redirected back to the app.

  6. Enter a new password, then tap Done.

To update your password in Workshop:

  1. Visit https://workshop.homee.com/login

  2. Click Login.

    Click Log In under Customer Login
    ​
    ​Providers
    Click Log In under Provider Login
    ​
    ​

  3. Click Forgot Email or Password.

  4. Enter your email address, then click Send Reset Link.

  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email. Open the email, then click Reset Password.

  6. Enter a new password, then click Submit.
