Whether you’re a homeowner, property manager, or tenant, properties are a great way to organize your HOMEE jobs and spending.

Global Property Default Settings and Property Preferences
Global property default settings are applied to all properties on your account. If you want to change a single property setting, you can override any of the global property default settings by editing the settings for that property. These settings include:
Billing
Choose a credit card to use for jobs at your properties.
Resident Ordering Approval
You can require your residents to receive approval for any job requests at your managed property or allow them to request jobs without your consent. This is a property level setting.
NTE Limit
Set a default not-to-exceed limit for jobs at your properties.
Notifications
Choose which notifications to receive about jobs including, when residents request service, when a job begins, or when a job completes.
Add a Property
To add a property you manage in the HOMEE app:
Open the HOMEE app.
Tap the Menu.
Select your profile.
Tap Add Property.
Tap Managing.
Enter property preferences, then tap Save & Continue.
Enter the property name and address.
Tap Give Me Details to autofill property details
Select the type of property
Tap Add Property Photo to help you distinguish your different properties.
Enter the number of units, year built (optional), and lot information.
Select a property design and enter square footage.
Enter the room count for single-family homes, entrance type/number of units for multi-family homes, or quantity of buildings for commercial properties.
Click Save & Continue.
Add additional details about the systems, structures, and features of your property, then tap Save Features.
To add a property you own in the HOMEE app:
Open the HOMEE app.
Tap the Menu.
Select your profile.
Tap Add Property.
Tap Own or Rent.
Enter the property name and address.
Select the type of property.
Tap Add Property Photo to help you distinguish your different properties.
Enter the room count for single-family homes, entrance type/number of units for multi-family homes, or quantity of buildings for commercial properties.
Add additional details about the systems, structures, and features of your property, then tap Save Features.
To add a property you rent in the HOMEE app:
Open the HOMEE app.
Tap the Menu.
Select your profile.
Tap Add Property.
Tap Own or Rent.
Enter the property code, then tap Submit.
After your property manager approves you as a resident of the property, you can access it from your profile and request jobs.
That’s it! You’re ready to start tracking jobs at your newly created property. Are you a property manager? Now that your properties are set up, it’s time to add your residents.
