MyCAT is a hybrid claims management system in that it is integrated with common estimating platforms but offers flexibility in allowing a resource to upload an estimate directly to the claim. This article explains how to upload an estimate when

  1. Log into your MyCAT Marketplace website through your browser

  2. Click on the Command Center on the navigation pane

  3. Click on My Claims to view your claims list

  4. Click the arrow to the right of the applicable claim to view claim information

  5. Click Upload an Estimate

  6. Click Upload File

  7. Click Yes to confirm estimate

  8. Identify if the estimate is a RCV (Replacement Cost Value), ACV (Actual Cash Value), or N/A

  9. Click upload to provide the document
