Open your Pro Portal dashboard through your web browser
Click the right arrow on the applicable job to open the Job Details page
Click the pencil icon under the Appointment Date to bring up the calendar
Click on the new appointment date
Click the arrows to select the time
Click AM or PM
Click the dropdown to provide a Reason for Rescheduling
