When you request a job, you'll have the option to select your preferred date and time for the Pro's arrival. Selecting an arrival window of time gives you the chance to estimate when the Pro will arrive on-site and when the job will begin. Behind the scenes, HOMEE will send your request to our network two hours before the start of your arrival window. This helps us ensure we can find the right Pro at the right time. Once a Pro has accepted your request and preferred time, you will be notified in the app and have the option to confirm the Pro.
How long are arrival windows?
Our arrival windows are one hour long and designed to help you accurately plan your day. Should a scheduling conflict or emergency arise, your Pro or a HOMEE team member will contact you directly.
Edit Your Arrival Window
Things change, and that's okay! If the arrival window you selected initially is no longer going to work, you can edit the selected time in the HOMEE app.
Open the HOMEE app.
Tap the Menu.
Tap Jobs to see your scheduled jobs.
Select the job you want to edit.
Tap the pencil icon next to Scheduled Request to edit your arrival window.
Select a new time and tap Save to confirm your changes.
You can edit your arrival window up to 24 hours before your scheduled job date.
