To request smart home service in the HOMEE app:

  1. Open the HOMEE app.

  2. Under the Request Service tab, tap View All Services.

  3. Tap Smart Home.

  4. Select the smart home product you’d like installed, then tap Next.

  5. Select a reason for the service.

  6. Enter the quantity and select the brand, then tap Next.

  7. Add detailed notes and photos or videos of the service needed, then tap Next.

  8. Enter the job location or select one from the list of saved properties, then tap Next.

  9. Review the request overview, then tap Match with a Pro.

To request smart home service in Workshop:

  1. From any Jobs page, click + Add Work Order.

  2. Confirm that the selected Organization and Manager is correct.

  3. Enter the job location or select an existing property.

  4. Enter the resident name and phone number if relevant, then click Next.

  5. Enter a reference number, if relevant.

  6. Select a priority.

  7. Under Service, select Smart Home.

  8. Select a reason for the service.

  9. Enter details about your request and add attachments, then tap Next. This should include the quantity of devices and the brand that needs to be serviced.

  10. Select Send to Network and choose the network type. You can also select Send to Pro to send the job to a specific Pro.

  11. Choose when you want to send the job to our network.

  12. Enter a not-to-exceed amount, then click Next.

  13. Review the work order details, then click Send.

Once you’ve matched with a Pro, you’re on your way to getting your smart home service completed.
