An employer rate adjustment is the amount you'll subtract from a job to match your employee's normal pay rate. When choosing the percentage that your employee sees, 0% means the employee can see the full job amount, and 100% means they won't see any amount on the final job receipt.

As the company owner, whatever the employee makes on a job will go into the company bank account, and it will be your responsibility to pay your employees separately. We do not currently support the payment of employees within the HOMEE app.

To setup an employee rate adjustment:

  1. Open the HOMEE Pro app.

  2. Tap the Menu.

  3. Select your profile.

  4. Select your company, then tap Edit.

  5. Under Employee Rate Adjustment, use the slider to select a percentage.

  6. Tap Save.
