- Open the HOMEE app.
- Tap the Redeem Service tab.
- Tap Add Order Number or Install Code.
- Select a company.
- Enter the order number or install code provided to you on your order confirmation or receipt.
- Enter the zip code, then tap Next.
- Review the service summary, then tap Got It.
- Enter detailed job notes and add photos of what needs to be done (if applicable), then tap Next.
- Enter the job location, then tap Next.
- Review the request overview, then tap Match with a Pro.
Once you’ve matched with a Pro, you’re on your way to getting your service completed.
