Open the HOMEE app.
Tap the Redeem Service tab.
Tap Add Order Number or Install Code.
Select a company.
Enter the order number or install code provided to you on your order confirmation or receipt.
Enter the zip code, then tap Next.
Review the service summary, then tap Got It.
Enter detailed job notes and add photos of what needs to be done (if applicable), then tap Next.
Enter the job location, then tap Next.
Review the request overview, then tap Match with a Pro.
Once you’ve matched with a Pro, you’re on your way to getting your service completed.
