To file a claim in the HOMEE app:
- Open the HOMEE app.
- Under HOMEE Partners, select your policy.
- Select the relevant Service Plan, then tap Next.
- Select the type of work you'd like done, then tap Next.
Need a different service, tap I need a different service to see services outside of your policy.
- Review policy details, then tap Next.
Enter job details by adding photos and enter detailed notes of what needs to be done, then tap Next.
- Select the job location and add any access notes, then tap Next.
- Review the request overview, then tap Match with a Pro.
Once you’ve matched with a Pro, you’re on your way to getting your claim serviced. Your Policy company will receive information about your request, including the status of service.
