How to Reset Your Password

If you forgot the email or password you used for you MyCAT Marketplace account, no worries. Here's how to retrieve your information

  1. Select the Forgot Your Password option on the MyCAT Marketplace sign-in screen

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click the Reset Password Via Email

    1. A password reset link will be sent to your email to reset your account

  4. Click Change Password button received in your email

  5. Enter a new password

  6. Confirm your new password

  7. Click Reset Password

    1. You will be taken to the MyCAT Marketplace sign-in page

  8. Enter your email or username

  9. Enter your password

You can now browse the marketplace!
