Pro Portal provides you the option to upload an estimate using Xactimate/Symbility software or you can provide a manual line-item estimate.
Upload a Xactimate or Symbility estimate
Log into your Pro Portal dashboard through your web browser
Click the right arrow for the applicable claim to view job details
Choose the Estimate tab
Click Upload Estimate
Click the Add Estimate Photos icon to upload estimate-specific photos. Photo requirements are as follows:
Provide a picture of the front of the home with the housing/building number.
Provide photos of every affected room
Photos must be labeled according to room/illustrate damage associated with the loss
Provide overview photos of all affected rooms
Provide an image of the source/cause of the loss
Photos must be in JPG (.jpg) format
Enter the Total Cost for Estimate
Click Submit Estimate
Manually uploading your estimate on PRO Portal.
Log into your Pro Portal dashboard through your web browser.
Click the right arrow for the applicable claim to view job details.
Click Manual Estimate
A pop-up box will appear asking how you would like to price your estimate. Price per line item or Total price for Estimate
You are able to change the estimate type before the final estimate submission.
Price per line item will allow you to add the Room Name, Room Photos, and Room Notes. Photo requirements are as follows:
Provide a photo of the front of the home with the housing/building number.
Provide photos of every affected room
Photos must be labeled according to room/illustrate damage associated with the loss.
Provide overview photos of all affected rooms.
Provide a photo of the source/cause of loss.
Photos must be in JPG (.jpg) format.
Click Add A Line Item to add additional line-item information.
Choose specific line items from the dropdown menu.
Specific line-item information is required to submit your estimate.
After completing all required items, scroll to the bottom and click Submit Estimate.
A pop-up box will appear after submitting - "Your Estimate has been sent and is awaiting approval."
Note:
You cannot submit an estimate without having the job scheduled, assigned to a technician, and the job status updated to In Progress/On-site
