You can reassign a technician on the Job Management or Job Details screens.
Job Management
From the Job Management screen
Log into your Pro Portal dashboard from your web browser
Click the blue pencil icon next to the assigned technician's name on the applicable job
Select a technician
Select a reason for reassigning the technician from the dropdown menu
Click Save to reassign
From the Job Details screen
Log into Pro Portal
Click the arrow on the right of the applicable job to open the Job Details page
Click the blue pencil icon next to the assigned technician's name
Select a technician
Select a reason for reassigning the technician from the dropdown menu
Click Save to reassign
Friendly Notes/Reminders:
Only Dispatcher and Admin roles can assign and reassign a technician on jobs.
If you are unable to find your technician in the list, first check to see if they are on your employee list (under Company's tab). If they are not on your employee list you will need to add them by going to your Profile Gorilla account.
