You can schedule your repair job on the Job Details or Job Management screen.
To schedule a job from the Job Management Screen:
Open your Pro Portal dashboard on your web browser
Click the blue Schedule button on the applicable job on the Jobs screen
Click the appointment date from the calendar
Click the up and down arrows to select the appointment time
Select AM or PM
Click Save
To schedule a job from the Job Details Screen:
Open your Pro Portal dashboard on your web browser
Click the View Details arrow on the far right of the applicable job
Under the Appointment Date section, click the blue Schedule button
Click the appointment date from the calendar
Click the up and down arrows to select the appointment time
Select AM or PM
Click Save
