You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it by following these simple steps.
Select the Forgot Password option on the Pro Portal sign-in screen
Enter your email address
Click the Send Reset Link button
A link will be sent to your email to reset your account
Click Reset Password button received in your email
Enter a new password
Re-enter your new password
Click Change Password
Sign-in with your new password
