To view an estimate:
Log in to your Workshop account.
Go to Claims by selecting it in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
Choose the claim you would like to view the estimate on and click on it.
Note: estimates will only be on claims that are in or have been in the "Estimate Review" status.
Scroll to the bottom to the Documents section.
Select the download arrow icon of the estimate file.
This will download the estimate to your desktop to view.
To approve an estimate:
Select Estimate Approved button under the Status section.
Select checkbox next to Approved by Adjuster.
Select Update Status
To reject an estimate:
Select Estimate Rejected button under the Status section.
Choose a reason in the drop-down box
Select checkbox next to Rejected by Adjuster.
