To view the status of a claim:
Log in to your Workshop account.
Go to Claims by selecting it in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
The status of your claim is indicated under the "Status" column on this page.
For further information, click on the claim that you want to view the status on. You will be directed to the Claim page.
Above the Claim Number (header), you will see the current Claim Status. This is the same status displayed in the Claims table.
Under the Claim Number, you will have two main tabs, Details and Notes.
The Details tab contains all the extended claim status information, details, billing info, etc.
You can also edit claim data by clicking on the pencil icon in certain sections of this tab, editing the data and clicking save.
Editable fields will have the pencil show in blue.
The Notes tab contains all the status in more detail, as well as other notes with relevant claim information and updates.
Under this tab, you will be able to view each status update and their details, such as time of status change, additional information related to the status change, etc.
You can add your own notes under this tab as well.
