While logged in to your Workshop account, you can be notified and view your notifications for your claims from anywhere on the platform.

From anywhere in Workshop, select the bell icon in the top right of the page

1. The number on the bell indicates when you have unread notifications, and how many notifications there currently are.

View up to 6 of your latest notifications in this view or select View All to be redirected to a page containing all the outstanding notifications.

Selecting one of the notifications will redirect you directly to the claim it is related to.

In the platform, you are able to receive notifications. It will alert you on any updates there are on each of your claims.
