Send and receive notes on a claim

You are able to directly communicate back and forth with the HOMEE assignee on your claim on the platform.

To send a note to HOMEE:

  1. Log in to your Workshop account.

  2. Go to Claims by selecting it in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Select the claim that you would like to send a message to HOMEE about.

  4. Select the Notes tab.

  5. Select Note on the Note Type drop-down box.

  6. Write your message in the Note box.

  7. Select Save.

This note will be sent directly to the HOMEE Assignee on your claim.

Also, under the Note tab, you will be able to view notes that have been sent from the HOMEE Assignee.
