How to send a claim to HOMEE

Our platform Workshop gives you the ability to send a claim directly to HOMEE to manage.

To send a claim to HOMEE in Workshop:

  1. Log in to your Workshop account.

  2. Go to Claims by selecting it in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Select + Add a Claim in the top right corner of the Claims page. The "Create a Claim" form will load on your screen.

  4. Select the Adjuster that will be handling this claim.

    1. You can only select adjusters with Workshop accounts.

  5. Fill out the claim information;

    1. Fill out all the required (*) fields on the form.

    2. Information in optional fields is appreciated, but not required to proceed.

  6. Add any relevant photos and documents:

    1. Click + Add Photo or + Add Documents in the form.

    2. Choose the relevant documents in the file selection window and click "open".

  7. To send a completed claim form, select Send To HOMEE.

  8. To add multiple assignments under a single claim, repeat stages 1-7:

    1. Use the same Claim Number each time

    2. Add the assignment-relevant information.

    3. The new assignment will be added to your Claims page

Once you send your claim to HOMEE you will be able to follow it throughout the claim lifecycle.
