Issues with the App

Due to connectivity issues, an outdated app version, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may experience issues like your app freezing or not working correctly. To remedy the problem, try the following steps:

  1. Ensure you're using the most up-to-date version of the app.

    ​If you have Background App Refresh enabled, you can skip this step.

  2. Force quit the app, then relaunch the app.

  3. Restart your device.

  4. Uninstall, then reinstall the app.
