To find your username in the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app:

Enter your phone number, then tap Send.

1. Open the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app.
2. Tap Log In.
3. Tap Forgot Email?
4. Enter your phone number, then tap Send.

Enter your phone number, then click Send Text.

2. Click Log In.
3. Click Forgot Email or Password.
4. Click I Forgot My Email Address.
5. Enter your phone number, then click Send Text.

We’ll text you the email address associated with your account.

To update your password in the HOMEE or HOMEE Pro app:

Enter your email address, then tap Send.

Check your text messages or inbox for a password reset link. Click the link to be redirected back to the app.

Enter a new password, then tap Done.

6. Enter a new password, then tap Done.

Click Login. Customers Click Log In under Customer Login Providers Click Log In under Provider Login

Enter your email address, then click Send Reset Link.

Check your inbox for a password reset email. Open the email, then click Reset Password.

Enter a new password, then click Submit.

3. Click Forgot Email or Password.
4. Enter your email address, then click Send Reset Link.
5. Check your inbox for a password reset email. Open the email, then click Reset Password.
6. Enter a new password, then click Submit.
