Job Statuses (HOMEE app & Workshop)

Easily keep track of your job by checking its status. In this article, we cover the types of job statuses in the HOMEE app and Workshop.

Statuses in the HOMEE app

You can view the status of a job in the HOMEE app on the Jobs page. The job status will display at the bottom left of each job card. When you open the job, you’ll also see the status displayed on the top bar of the active job view. Job statuses include:

  • Matching: HOMEE is looking for a qualified Pro to accept the job.

  • Scheduled: The request is scheduled and will be released to the network two hours before the arrival window.

  • Queued: A Pro accepted the job request.

  • En Route: The Pro is on their way to the job site.

  • On-Site: The Pro is at the job site.

  • In Progress: The Pro has started work.

  • Paused: The Pro paused the job timer.

  • Completing: The Pro has completed work and is entering final job details.

  • Review Estimate: The HOMEE team has approved the Pro's estimate and it's ready for your review.

  • Estimate Accepted: You have accepted the Pro's estimate.

  • Estimate Declined: You have declined the Pro's estimate.

  • Suspended: The job is suspended to allow for scheduling, ordering parts, etc.

  • Terminated: The job was terminated due to an emergency or safety concerns.

  • Cancelled: The job was cancelled.

  • Completed: Work is complete, and the receipt has been accepted.

Statuses in Workshop

You can view the status of a job in Workshop from the Jobs page. Once you select a job, you'll see the job status displayed at the top of the job details page. Job statuses include:

  • Draft: The work order is still in progress and has not been released.

  • Needs Approval: The work order requires approval by a property manager or HOMEE employee.

  • Upcoming: The work order has either been scheduled or created for a consumer who has not released the request yet.

  • Requests: The work order has been sent to HOMEE’s network of Pros.

    Timed Out: A Pro didn’t accept the work order within 30 minutes of release.

  • Queued: A Pro has accepted the work order.

  • Active: The work order is in progress.

    En Route: The Pro is on his way to the job site.
    On Site: The Pro is at the job site.
    In Progress: The Pro has started work.
    Paused: The Pro paused the job timer.
    Completing: The Pro has completed work and is entering final job details.

  • Suspended: The work order is suspended to allow for scheduling, ordering parts, etc.

  • Cancelled: The work order was cancelled.

  • Completed: The work order work is complete.

  • Rejected: The work order was not approved by a property manager or HOMEE employee.
